For over 25+ years, Dr. Reggie R. Lewis has been a noteworthy leader in the business development, executive coaching, and consulting realm. She is the founder of FCA, a federally certified Organizational Development Consulting firm specializing in providing customized business solutions to clients in various industries in both the private and public sectors.
Her in-depth insight and keen attention to detail have been instrumental to her success in assisting clients with identifying systemic, employee, and performance-related challenges. She enhances her client’s ability to lead improvements in their organizational effectiveness, sustainability, and profitability. Additionally, Dr. Lewis has carved a serendipitous niche in securing government contracts with her strategic approach that has yielded an excess of $20M in awarded contracts for her clients.
Recently, Dr. Lewis diversified her business portfolio with the launch of Fancy Vegan, LLC. Her premium plant-based lifestyle brand brings awareness to lifestyle and food alternatives that are cruelty-free and environmentally friendly. Fancy Vegan promotes the lifesaving benefits of adopting a whole food plant-based diet to improve health and wellness in minority communities. Dr. Lewis is passionately engaged in empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
Dr. Lewis holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, a Master of Science in Administration and Management, a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, and a Certification in Plant-Based Science and Nutrition.
